OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE 2022 RADIOTOPIA CONTEST
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or donation necessary. Entries may be made by going to radiotopia.fm between Tuesday, November 29, at 12:01 am and Tuesday, November 29, at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time. To enter the sweepstakes without donating, click here. All entries made without donating must agree to be emailed and contacted as per the PRX Privacy Policy, located in the attached entry form.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 18 years of age or older can enter the 2022 Radiotopia Contest except for employees of Radiotopia, PRX, and all related organizations (including but not limited to all employees and contractors of Adult ISH, Articles of Interest, Showcase, Ear Hustle, Everything is Alive, In The Scenes Behind Plain Sight, The Kitchen Sisters Present, The Memory Palace, The Mortified Podcast, Radio Diaries, Song Exploder, This is Love, Benjamen Walker’s Theory of Everything, The Truth, The West Wing Weekly, The Stoop, This Day in Esoteric Political History, Mumbai Crime, Radiotopia Presents, Mermaid Palace (The Heart and Appearances), their immediate family or persons living in the same household.) Void where prohibited by law.
Multiple entries are void, and only the first entry is counted. Entries will only be accepted if given on November 29, 2022. This contest is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (but excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec and Canadian territories) and who are physically located therein.
To be eligible, you must correctly enter your legal name.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: One winner and three backup names will be selected by random drawing no later than December 2, 2022. Winner will be contacted by email for notification of contest results by telephone or mail. If the winner is unable to be contacted within three days to collect their prize, the unawarded prize will go to the first backup and subsequent backups thereof until the prize is awarded. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries. The winner’s name will be kept on file at Radiotopia and will be announced by December 5, 2022.
GENERAL: By participating, PRX, Radiotopia, and its agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the giveaway. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. The winner agrees to participate in promotion of the event or gift won as a prize, including, but not limited to, the use of his or her name, photograph or likeness, without further compensation.
Results of the drawing are final--there are no substitutions or exchanges, or cash redemption allowed.
PRX, Radiotopia, and all of our affiliated shows are not responsible for entries that are not received due to issues with internet or telephone access.
RESTRICTIONS: Restrictions may apply. By participating in the 2022 Radiotopia Fundraiser Contest, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions made by PRX and Radiotopia.
